Tips for Planning Your Tournament Stay

Book early—tournament weeks fill fast, especially June and July. Before booking, check your tournament schedule to confirm exact dates. Upstate NY mornings and evenings can be cool even in summer, so bring layers. Pack rain gear—games may be delayed but you'll want something to do at camp. A canopy or pop-up tent provides essential shade at the fields. Don't forget sunscreen and bug spray, and bring camp chairs for both the fields and back at camp. Our on-site laundry means you can pack lighter, washing uniforms each night instead of bringing doubles of everything. These small preparation steps make tournament week far more enjoyable for the whole family.
